Brynn Brace

Brynn Brace is a Vice President at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. She brings over a decade of industry experience in healthcare technology, leveraging her background in health tech sales, strategy, and client relationship development to help private equity firms and high-growth organizations build out their executive teams.

Before joining JM Search, Brynn held senior sales roles at leading health tech companies, including Kyruus Health and Epion Health, where she partnered with health systems to modernize access and patient engagement through innovative digital solutions. Throughout her career, she has developed deep domain expertise in healthcare operations and digital health transformation, working closely with health systems and strategic partners nationwide.

Brynn received her BA from Bates College after graduating from Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart in Bethesda, Maryland. She has lived in Spain and Australia, and now resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia with her husband and two daughters.
